The Deep Tissue Therapy session can go two different directions upon request and symptoms of the body. The general full body approach with specific areas needing deeper pressure or specialized attention. If you have sharp pain patterns during movement of the body parts, then we must address the activated knots known as TriggerPoints. Which have a lot pain patterns and also can make body parts feel Numb and immobile due to sharp pain patterns in attempts to move it.
